GREEK MYTHOLOGY (Olympian Gods)
TITANS
Male: Oceanus, Hyperion, Coeus, Cronus, Crius, and Iapetus.
Female: Mnemosyne, Tethys, Theia, Phoebe, Rhea, and Themis
The most important was Cronus in Laturn Saturn, he ruled over the titans until his son, Zeus dethroned him and sized the power for himself.
The other notable Titans were Ocean, he was ruler of the Sea, Zeus's brother his wife Tethys; Hyperion, the father of sun, Mnemosyne which means memory; Themis usually translated by justice; Lapetus, important because of his son, Atlas who bore the world on his shoulders.
These alone among the older gods were not banished with the coming of Zeus, but they took a lower place.
